spider web

made this for a Danish magasine some years ago – but at the moment it is relevant with all the spiderswebs in the garden.

This is how you make your own:

you will need:
black cardboard or paper
talc
hair spray
scissors.

Here’s how:
1: find a spinders web, preferably a place where you can easily put a piece of cardboard behind it.

Beware! 
Check web for spiders before you begin – only use webs where there is no spider.

2: spray the web with hair spray
3: spray on talc and then spray with hairspray again.
4: place the carton behind the web, so it caught on the carton. Cut or tear gently the ends and let it stick to the carton. put it to dry.
