Went to the opening of H&M home store i Copenhagen – great stuff, store, food and people. Nothing for kids – but the concept for buying was somewhat for kids. The whole store was at display only. If you wanted to buy any of the home products you had to get a "card-plate” (made out of metal) and then collect the product magnet for the item you wanted and then go to the counter. I guess the idea came from "how do we convert a web shop to a shop" – Click on the items you want……. It worked and made a different shopping experience.
