Violets is all about spring, purple, lovely scents and eatable. Pick them today and candied your violets.

how to candied your violets
 Ingredients:

· Violet flowers 
· 1 egg white
· Sugar
· paint brush (new/clean)
· Wax paper
Directions:
1. Wash the violets and set them out to dry.
2. Dip a small brush into the egg white, and brush it on the violet petals, covering both the front and back sides.
3. Sprinkle sugar onto the violets, covering them completely.
4. Put the violets on wax paper to dry.
